Q: Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
A: Yes, we offer discounts for bookings of six people or more. Please contact us for more details.
Q: Do I need to reconfirm my tour?
A: If you have booked more than seven days in advance it is advisable to call 24 hours prior to departure to confirm your pick up time and departure point.
Q: Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?
A: Absolutely, all you need to do is click on the gift voucher button on the home page or in the booking area and follow the prompts it is an easy procedure to follow and you get your customised gift voucher straight away.
Q: Can I bring my children on your tours?
A: Children of all ages are welcome on the tours, but we do not have child restraints fitted to our vehicles. This means the child needs to be 8 years or older as the transport laws are based on weight not age. Younger children can attend we just need to organise the hire of an appropriate child restraint so we need 48hrs notice to organise and it incurs the cost of the hire.
Q: Is there a lot of walking involved in your tours?
A: There is some walking involved, but not a lot. The tours range between around 400 to 1,000 metres of walking flat ground and very few steps. It is recommended that guests wear sunglasses, a hat and comfortable shoes.
Q: What is the minimum number of passengers required to run a custom/private tour?
A: There is no real minimum number but the cost to run for a small number of people is normally cost prohibitive. Six people or more is normal when organising this type of tour, obviously the more people you have the more affordable a custom or private tour is. Happy to provide quotes and itinerary ideas based on your requirements.
Q: What is the maximum number of passengers you can accommodate for a custom tour?
A: We have access to a number of vehicles and therefore there is no real maximum for a custom tour. We can plan an itinerary and the necessary vehicles to suit your group size.
Q: How do I pay for a custom tour?
A: We issue an invoice on confirmation of the booking with full payment due no later than 10 days before departure. The deposit amount will vary according to the number of people and if a coach hire is required for example
