Q: Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
A: Yes, we offer discounts for booking of four people or more. Please contact us for more details.
Q: Do I need to reconfirm my tour?
A: If you have booked more than eight days in advance it is advisable to call 24 hours prior to departure to confirm your pick up time and departure point.
Q: Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?

Q: Can I bring my children on your tours?
A: Children of all ages are welcome on the tours, however children aged seven or under will need a child restraint fitted to the bus which will incur a small additional cost.
Q: Is there a lot of walking involved in your tours?
A: There is some walking involved, but not a lot. Most tours only require 500-600 metres of walking. It is recommended that guests wear sunglasses, a hat and comfortable shoes.
Q: What is the minimum number of passengers required to run a custom tour?
A: A minimum of eight people are required to run a custom tour booking.
Q: What is the maximum number of passengers you can accommodate for a custom tour?
A: We have access to a number of vehicles and therefore there is no real maximum for a custom tour. We can plan an itinerary and the necessary vehicles to suit your group size.
Q: How do I pay for a custom tour?
A: We issue an invoice on confirmation of the booking with payment due no later than 10 days before departure.
